Author Giddelines

1. Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system. The submission must include the main manuscript file (in.doc or.docx format) and any supplementary materials. A cover letter must be included, highlighting the significance of the work and its relevance to the journal’s scope.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be written in English and formatted according to the journal’s template. The manuscript should be structured as follows:

  • Title Page (Title, Authors, Affiliations, Corresponding Author Details)
  • Abstract (maximum 250 words, including keywords)
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References (APA or IEEE format)
  • Appendices (if necessary)

Equations should be clearly presented and numbered sequentially. Figures and tables should be high quality and numbered sequentially with descriptive captions.

3. Ethics and Plagiarism

Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Proper citation of sources is mandatory to avoid plagiarism. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest. Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with ethical standards and include approval documentation.

4. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors may suggest potential reviewers, but the final selection is made by the editorial board. The review process typically takes 4-6 weeks, and authors will receive feedback for revisions if necessary.

5. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Currently, there are no article processing charges for submissions. Authors can publish their work free of charge.

6. Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance, authors must sign a copyright transfer agreement. The journal follows an open-access policy, allowing free dissemination of published work under a Creative Commons license.
